A Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSR) at Brent Industries is responsible for handling customer request of all levels, predominately within the Aftermarket Powersports Industry. He or she will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and/or resolving customer order issues by utilizing a thorough knowledge of company policies and products.

Responsibilities
  • Be available for 40 or more hours during business hours (8:00 am – 8:00 pm M – TR, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm F)
  • Be available to work occasional weekends & holidays on a rotational basis
  • Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company, soliciting only those desired products/services provided by the company and its vendors to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity, and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs
  • Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently, and with good communication skills
  • Process customer orders/changes according to established policies & procedures
  • Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Work closely with team members to resolve customer disputes
  • Work with vendors to resolve potential quality/fulfillment issues
  • Provide timely feedback to the sales team regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Provide feedback and continual improvement to Sales/Service strategies
  • Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience
  • Customer Sales & Service experience
  • Experience with and general mechanical knowledge of Powersports (ATVs, Side by Sides, and Snowmobiles) or Automotive Industry is preferred
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on phone communication
  • General computer proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with E-Commerce & E-Commerce platforms
